We offer a variety of appraisal services throughout the county, including (but not limited to) single family residences, 2-4 unit properties, 5-10 unit properties, land, commercial, and consulting. The company is on many approved lender lists. We are also an approved course provider for the California Office of Real Estate Appraisers. We offer three continuing education courses called Field Day 1, Field Day 2, and Field Day Follow-Up. They are a "hands-on" approach to learning how to conduct field inspections and to create computerized sketches. Please check in the future for more classes. Leeanna Dante is is Certified General Appraiser, licensed through the state of California. She has 17 years of experience in appraising and is a member of the Appraisal Institute.
