Leeanna Dante is the sole proprietor of the firm which is located in the City of San Diego. The firm is actively engaged in the appraisal of all types of real estate in the State of California including commercial, industrial, special use and residential. Leeanna Dante currently holds a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license with the State of California, Office of Real Estate Appraisers and has been an active, full time appraiser since 1986 She is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the professional designation CCRA (Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser) with the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. During her appraisal career Ms. Dante has performed a wide variety of real estate appraisal work. Properties appraised include Contractor's Business Park (Miramar), Secure Self Storage (Santee), La Palma Christian Center, North Gardena Methodist Church & Preschool, Torrance Medical Group, Newport Riva & Jet Ski, Cadillac Industrial Center, Admiral's Cove Motel, Wilmington Christian School, the Inland Atrium Office Building, the Los Angeles Yacht Club, several proposed condominium and single family home projects, and a variety of others. Dante Appraisal Service also provides consultation, market rent studies, feasibility analysis, highest and best use analysis and expert witness testimony.
