I designed Field Day to give those who are committed to excellence in real estate appraisal the hands-on training that would insure their success in one of the most critical aspects of appraising." - Leeanna Dante These skills are of paramount importance in the valuation of real estate. By actually measuring and drawing two properties, you will gain confidence, learn the proper way to measure and draw, and learn valuable tips that might otherwise take years to learn. By having the confidence, experience and skills gained in Field Day you may avoid costly mistakes in building area calculations which could seriously and adversely affect real property valuation and your credibility. The Field Day workshop incorporates principles founded in integrity, excellence, and contribution. There is so much more to appraisal. The appraisal process is a forum in which, by going the extra mile, you can demonstrate that you care. If you are committed to making a meaningful contribution, to excellence, and being successful, call and enroll. If you are comfortable in your skill levels with measuring and drawing but are seeking personalized training in other areas of appraisal, private consultation and other workshops are available to you. Field Day #1 and Field Day #2 are offered two consecutive days each month and are designed to build off of each other. Although it is not a requirement to take both classes together it is highly recommended.
Field Day #2 introduces you to the computerized sketch portion of final written report.
Details And Options Participation is by application only with a maximum of six students per class. Classes are small and intimate to provide more individualized training.
