Follow-Up Field Day:

Follow-Up Field Day is a course to provide Field Day #1 and Field Day #2 graduates with an additional chance to improve their appraisal skills under the guidance of Certified General Appraiser Leeanna Dante.  The course will reiterate the skills and build upon the skills you learned in the previous Field Days. 

In the morning we will travel to an on-site location where we will conduct an inspection.  You will draw a field sketch by measuring the exterior, measuring the interior rooms, and noting the amenities of the property.  You will also be instructed on the use of  digital photography for use in the final report.  

After completing the inspection  we will return to the classroom to draw a detailed digital floorplan of the home measured in the morning.  The digital floorplan will include exterior walls with dimensions, interior wall placement, labeling of each room, and the addition of icons for special features such as fireplaces, stairways, and pools.
